The PSM-3020 is an extra heavy-duty programmable sewing machine with a 300×200mm working space, designed for high-strength applications like multi-layer webbing, tie-down straps, and lifting slings. Built to handle extreme materials and thread sizes, it delivers consistent, high-tensile strength seams for critical load-bearing products.

Equipped with a super-large shuttle hook for extended sewing runs and capable of using thread sizes up to 415 (and even 8-cord thread depending on material), this machine offers unmatched stitch security. Its device memory stores up to 120 sewing patterns, allowing operators to quickly switch between production designs.

The 220V single-phase, 750W motor with a 1:5 main motor ratio ensures controlled power delivery for thick materials, while the pneumatic presser foot drive offers smooth operation and consistent feeding. Optional hot knife thread cutting improves finishing quality and production efficiency.
